Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booking total.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.

There are times when our receptionist isn’t on duty, so we kindly ask that you arrive just 5 minutes before your appointment time, to avoid our treatments being interrupted.
Deposit
We require a 50% deposit against your first appointment.
Parking
Horwich currently offers free parking.
You can park on the side road of the clinic, there is a car park behind the post office.
WhatsApp Availability
If you would like to be added to this service please inform reception. We can alert you of any available appointments.
Patch Test
This is required for all tinting services.
If you;
- Have received a vaccination or booster.
- Not received a tint for 6 months
- Any change in medication.
Please inform us, so we can re-test.
